Senior Operations Project Manager - Altrincham 

We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Project Manager to join a growing team based in Altrincham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT-related projects, as well as retail operations knowledge. This role will require a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to plan and prioritize installations on site. The successful candidate will also need to be proactive, dynamic, and have strong communication skills at all levels. 

In addition to managing relationships with clients and ensuring installation reports are completed and distributed, the Deployment Manager will also be responsible for leading a team, overseeing stock and resources, and maintaining tight cost controls. The ability to work to own initiative and remain calm under pressure is essential for this role, as well as a strong customer service ethic and excellent organization skills.

You will also manage client relationships, coordinate with the sales team, and maintain tight cost controls.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience required 
  • Experience of large-scale hardware deployment’s
  • Previous experience of IT Refresh/ IT Hardware Deployment related projects.
  • Retail operations knowledge
  • Ability to work to own initiative
  • Calm under pressure and an ability to reprioritise at short notice
  • Strong customer service ethic and excellent organisation skills

 

Hours: 9 - 5:30 or 8.30 - 5pm or 8 - 4.30 Mon - Fri (Hybrid working 2 days WFH after training/ probation) 

Salary: Up to £50,000
