Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator to join an award-winning Wealth Management business that offer quality financial planning and investment advice based in Hale, Altrincham.

Office-based role: Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30 am – 5 pm

The role

  • Responsible for sending introductory emails to all new enquiries.
  • Responsible for administering and progressing applications, managing leads, and liaising with 3rd parties, clients and consultants.
  • Creating invoices where applicable and sending invoice reminders.
  • Managing figures and spreadsheets.
  • Ensuring that files are compliant post-completion.
  • Liaising with lenders where required, and providing updates to clients were required to support the Advisors.
  • Updating of notes on the CRM where applicable.
  • Researching the various lenders and the clients affordability. Obtaining key facts illustrations, generic protection quotations, and keying of mortgage AIPs & applications.

Requirements

  • Mortgage Administration experience gained within the independent market
  • Excellent written skills and telephone manner
  • Must demonstrate technical ability and be comfortable with mortgage & protection terminology.
  • Ability to time manage and prioritise cases through to completion.
  • Desire to progress in a professional and growing business.
