- 50% email correspondence 50% telephone
- Dealing with incoming calls from customers
- First point of contact for customers looking for help or information
- Responding to inquiries via telephone and email
- Providing product information
- Ensuring customers receive the best possible service
Requirements:-
- Driving Licence/Own Car (Due to office location)
- Must have previous Customer service experience.
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
- Commercial Awareness
Hours: Full Time: 8.30 – 4.30 Mon – Fri
Location: Trafford Park (Office based)
Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience
