Administrator - Service and Maintenance Operations
Halecroft Recruitment is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to support our client’s Service and Maintenance Operations team in Trafford Park, Greater Manchester. This 6-month position offers a rate of £14.29 per hour, and is perfect for a detail-oriented individual ready to enhance their administrative skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders efficiently
- Issue order acknowledgements
- Upload Risk and Method Statements to work orders
- Administer parts ordering
- Goods receipting of open POs
- Upload invoices to customer portals
- Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience
- Continually seek solutions for process improvement
Requirements:
- Strong administration background
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
- IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with CRM systems is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Industry knowledge is desirable but not essential
Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri (35hrs per week)
£14.29 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Location: Trafford Park (Office based initially for training and then hybrid 3 days WFH, 2 days in the office)
